How to get there

By Car

From Arnhem (A12)
Follow Ring Utrecht direction Hilversum. Then follow Ring Utrecht (Zuid) direction Jaarbeurs. Take motorway exit nr. 17, direction Centrum. At the end of the exit, turn right onto the Europalaan. Keep following the signs Centrum. Drive straight ahead, crossing two roundabouts.
After the second roundabout, turn right at the traffic lights and turn left at the end. You are now on the Croeselaan. Turn right at the end of the Croeselaan, following the signs Centrum, and go through the Daalse Tunnel. After this short tunnel, turn right at the traffic lights onto the Catharijnebaan. Immediately after the turn, keep to the right-hand lane (do not enter the tunnel). After the next set of traffic lights, park i n one of the car parks indicated (Stationsstraat, Radboud, Godebald or Moreelsepark).

From Hilversum (A27)
Follow Ring Utrecht (Oost) and the signs A28 Rijnsweerd. Turn left at the end of the A28 onto the Waterlinieweg in the direction of Stadion l Centrum. Take the exit Stadion and turn right onto the Rubenslaan. Follow the signs Centrum. At the end of the Rubenslaan, turn right at the T junction. Keep following the signs Centrum.
You are now on the Catharijnesingel. Once on the Catherijnesingel, do not enter the tunnel, but keep in the right-hand lane signposted to Station. The road runs parallel to the tunnel for a short distance. Turn left at the traffic lights and onto the Stationsplein. Park in one of the car parks indicated (Stationsstraat, Radboud, Godebald or Moreelsepark).

From Breda (Den Bosch) (A27)
Follow Ring Utrecht (Zuid) direction Jaarbeurs. Take exit nr. 17. Then follow the route from Arnhem.

From Den Bosch (Breda) (A2)
Follow Ring Utrecht (West). Then follow the route from The Hague/Rotterdam.

From Amsterdam (A2)
Take Ring Utrecht (West) exit nr. 7, Oog in Al. Follow the signs Oog in Al. Turn right at the traffic lights. Once you have crossed the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal, carry straight on at the traffic lights, following the signs Centrum. At the end of the Vleutenseweg, turn left into the Daalse Tunnel. After thisshort tunnel, turn right at the traffic lights onto the Catharijnebaan. Immediately after the turn, keep to the righthand lane (do not enter the tunnel). After the next set of traffic lights, park in one of the car parks indicated (Stationsstraat, Radboud, Godebald or Moreelsepark).

From The Hague/Rotterdam (A12)
Follow Ring Utrecht (West) (A2). Then take the first exit nr. 8, Centrum. Follow the signs Jaarbeurs carrying straight on along the Martin Luther King Laan, Weg der Verenigde Naties, and Graadt van Roggenweg. Continue straight on, following the signs Centrum, and through the Daalse Tunnel. Immediately after the turn, keep to the right-hand lane (do not enter the tunnel). After the next set of traffic lights, park in one of the car parks indicated (Stationsstraat, Radboud, Godebald or Moreelsepark).

From Amersfoort (A28)
Follow the route for Hilversum from the A28.

For those in possession of a ticket for'disabled' parking

From Arnhem (A12), Amsterdam (A2), The Hague/Rotterdam (A12), Breda/Den Bosch (A2)
Follow the routes above until: After the turn, keep to the right-hand lane. Then, take the third road on the right (Westerstraat). This is the road immediately behind the large arcade over the road. After approximately 10 metres, turn left into a car park. Here, there are two parking spaces reserved for disabled people. The entrance to the building is on your left-hand side. Ring the bel], and reception wilt ensure that the door opens automatically.

From Hilversum (A28), Amersfoort (A28)
Follow the route above until: Turn left at the traffic lights and onto the Stationsplein. Then, drive underneath the large arcade over the road and take the first road on your right. This is a road underneath. Turn right at the end and again drive underneath the large arcade and take the first road on your right. After approximately 10 metres, turn left into a car park. Here, there are two parking spaces reserved for disabled people. The entrance to the building is on your left-hand side. Ring the belt, and reception wilt ensure that the door opens automatically.

By Public Transport
The NJi is very close to the railway station Utrecht CS, and, therefore, can easily be reached by public transport. From Utrecht CS From the main hall of the railway station, walk into Hoog Catharijne shopping centre. Follow the signs Bioscoop Catharijne and then take the stairs or elevator down to street level. Leave the building and turn right onto the Catharijnesingel. Cross the Westerstraat: the NJi is about 25 metres down the road on your right-hand side.

From Schiphol Airport
You can take a direct train form Schiphol Airport to Utrecht CS. From there, follow the route from Utrecht CS. The train ride takes approximately 35 minutes.
